  1. Three massive oregano plants. We started from a single plant last year and divided it into three plants last winter.
  2. Cutting just enough oregano that will fit into our dehydrator, about 10 oz.
  3. Washed and ready to be dried, the oregano is set in the dehydrator trays,  leaving the leaves on the stems.
  4. These were dried for 8 hours at 115 degrees F to retain the deep green color.
  5. In the end, it yielded 2 oz or dried oregano. The pint size mason jar fits 1 oz.
